High Abuse Package
High strength foam, additional steel rails and additional strengthening welds. Often requested for school and hospital applications or anywhere additional security is required.

Emergency Release Hinge
Also referred to as a psych or behavioral hinge, this option is welded to the standard hinge housing and allows for fast door removal from outside a patient room while maintaining the security and abuse resistance of our standard door. The emergency release hinge allows doors swinging into a room to be removed quickly and easily from the outside should the occupant barricade the door from the inside. The system works by attaching the hinge housing with external screws into the frame on the extended behabioral hinge extrusion. The screws have easily removed covers for a clean appearance. Once the screws are removed the attendant pulls the door from the frame using the two included grips. Rollers can be mortised into the bottom of the door to simplify the movement of heavier doors.
