Sizes and Fire Ratings
Fire-rated Total Doors are manufactured following ITS/Warnock Hersey specifications and follow-up service. We carry labels for positive and negative pressure, 20 minute, 45 minute, 1 -1/2 hour, 3 hour and temperature rise ratings. Testing for fire door assemblies is in compliance with ASTM E152, UL 10C, NFPA 252, and UBC standard 7-2 (1997) parts I & II and Canadian standard CAN4-S104-M80.IBC. Total Doors are ADA compliant and meet all local fire codes. They can be ordered in 1/16" increments for an exact fit to your new or existing opening.

Steel Doors
- Leaf sizes from 12" up to 4'-2 3/16" x 10'-0"
- 8'-4 3/8" wide pairs for 8'-0" clear opening
- Fire rated up to 3 hours
- Positive and negative pressure label
- "S" Smoke & Draft label (provided at no charge with Positive Pressure label)
- Temperature rise labels (18 or 20 gauge)
- They are competitive with all architectural-grade wood doors, and are easily utilized in both new construction and retrofit applications, with or without existing labeled frames.
Wood Core Doors
- Leaf sizes from 12" up to 4'-0" x 9'0"
- Fire rated to 20 minutes
- Positive and negative pressure labeled
- "S" Smoke & Draft label
Notes:
1. FRP available non-labeled only.
2. Removable mullions are only available in non-rated configurations. Up to 10' steel or 9' wood core.
Some jurisdictions interpret UBC-97 as requireing all fire doors to be Smoke and Draft doors. Total Door provides "Smoke and Draft" on all positive pressure doors at no additional charge!
Additional Ratings
Storm SentryTM - Hurricane rated Total Door system. Available in design pressures of 70 psf and 80 psf. Singles and pairs are available in both in-swinging and out-swinging configurations. See the Storm Sentry menu for additional information.
VLR Blast - 180 psf. Singles and pairs up to 6'0" x 7'2".
