Panic/Exit Devices
Flush Panic
Our exclusive flush panic fire exit device offers the smallest projection in the industry at a mere 1/8" with the door in the open position making it virtually flush with the door face. When closed the panic/exit device pops out to 5/8" to meet all fire codes and ADA guidelines. To complete the architectural effect, we can also insert the same finish as the rest of your door such as a custom wood veneer to help you achieve the aesthetics your are looking for.

Standard Exit Device
Our standard panic exit device has a narrow projection of only 1 5/16" making it easier to achieve a 32" clear width in a 36" opening and reducing the potential for abuse. It comes in a standard width of 24" but can also be ordered to match the full width of the door. We also offer a smaller version (SP14) for non rated applications where clients want the convenience of a push plate.
For high abuse environments consider our Panic Edge Protector. This substantial aluminum extrusion deflects objects such as laundry carts, food carts, etc. from the back edge of the panic thereby reducing damage to the panic exit device.

Operating Grips
Total Door® grips, mechanisms and trim are factory installed and do not require any field labor. They offer simplicity in design and resistance to abuse and forced entry. They are ideal when the design demands functional trim that complements or blends with the surroundings, or where the doors and hardware will be exposed to high wear and tear such as schools.

Levers
Our levers come in a variety of styles and finishes and can be used together with our panic exit devices. We can also install other lever designs if your project requires them. Please note: Our brochure incorrectly shows lever 83 as number 81. Please use 83 when specifying.
Lever Finish Options - 605 Bright Brass; 606 Satin Brass; 611 Bright Bronze; 612 Satin Bronze; 630 - Satin Stainless; 710 - DBA. Please note - some finishes may extend delivery time.

Special note about key cylinders: Use the standard cylinder of your choice can be used in our mechanisms. Total Door systems have been designed to allow you to use the same cylinder system you have in the rest of your project.

Note: Electrical functions are available only with our standard panic exit device or levers.
Kick Plates
Kick plates, mop plates, stretcher, armor plates and hospital edge guards are factory installed. Protection is available up to the full height of a fire door with our bonded, wrap around design. Available in stainless, brass and DBA.
