The merger expanded Glen Raven's global presence through the addition of Dickson's business relationships in more than 100 countries.

While Sunbrella and Dickson brands are associated with sun protection fabrics, the merger with Dickson S.A. added other technical products, including inflatables for retail marketing, printable sign fabrics, tents, protective apparel and numerous other industrial applications. The merger also expanded U.S. expertise with jacquard and dobby weaving, which enabled us to enter additional markets such as residential and industrial upholstery while also expanding the number of fabric selections we offer our customers.
