Number of lifting rams:
2, 3 or 4 rams are possible. One of these is generally a fixed installation. The others
are adjustable, but may also be fixed installations – depending on the axle spacing of the vehicles to be lifted.

Lifting capacity per ram:
27,000 LBS per ram (up to 4), 32,000 LBS per ram (up to 4),
50,000 LBS per ram (up to 4), 77,000 LBS per ram (up to 4),

Different pick-up supports:
The customer can opt from eight different supports on top of the piston.
There are universal supports. Exchangeable sliding supports, custom made supports.

Installation possibilities:
In new buildings or where the floor conditions present no difficulty, the single-stage ram is the best and most economical solution. With a constructional depth of only 1,385 mm, the telescopic ram is the ideal version for installing into existing pits or in water preservation areas with high ground water levels. Preassembled lifting units in self-contained foundation cassettes are ideal for retroactive installation in existing workshops or pits, where they can be integrated with no trouble.

Options:
These include control units with electronic operating convenience, special safety measures, versions expressly for wet environments and many other practical features to help simplify workshop procedures.

Important features are:

• Piston stroke 75" (single stage and telescopic cylinders)
• Internal locking devices (also in telescopic cylinders).
• Electronic synchronization and monitoring device (for HVD and HVV, also for HVZ on request) microprocessor-controlled. Absolute measuring (independent of voltage).
• The pit in the entire position adjustment range is automatically covered.
• All units and seals are freely accessible from above through assembly plate.

Of course these lifts are certified by ALI (Automotive Lift Institute).
