PAR-KUT STANDARD

The versatile PAR-KUT portable steel building fits a wide range of applications and virtually every budget.

Found in commercial, industrial and government settings alike, the Standard is available in sizes from 3' x 5' to 10' x 20' and up. The straight forward design is conducive to adding restrooms, stand or trailer mounts, ADA compliant features and bullet resistant construction.

Every PAR-KUT Standard is of all-welded steel construction and utilizes heavy gauge materials throughout to ensure its longevity regardless of the environment.

STD-001
Since 1954, the 4' x 6' Model 64 booth has been our best selling unit. Small enough to be economical, accommodating in situations where space is at a premium, and yet large enough to be used for around the clock security or parking operations.

The possible modifications to this unit are unlimited. This one included some of our most popular: a second door, HVAC system, transaction windows, tinted glass and accessories associated with needed parking or security equipment.

"Customized" best describes this standard style booth. Par-Kut believes in fabricating a booth that fits your needs, not the other way around. Modifying the all-welded galvanized steel wall to accommodate a built-In Pay/Receipt dispensing unit is just the beginning.

Some additional accessories are: roof-top air conditioner, upgraded surface mounted heater (for colder climates), tinted tempered safety glass, custom conduit preps, stainless steel counter and doors (both sides) that have been upgraded from aluminum to higher security steel.

At the customer's request a double action door system, which allows dependable service for high volume transactions, has also been added to this little gem. Call Par-Kut and create a unit that works for you!

STD-003
Industrial Businesses are constantly increasing the level of security to their locations. Par-Kut works closely with the customers to implement the necessary equipment needed to achieve this purpose. This parking lot booth allows security to restrict unwanted visitors.

Being totally exposed to nature's elements and quite a distance from the main building, specific equipment must be installed. An extended overhang from 3" to 12" works in conjunction with tinted glass to reduce glare from the sun. Duplex par floodlights mounted to the overhang keep the area well lit for observations at evening. Camera mounting has become almost a standard. This allows main building security to monitor each satellite post and keep a taped record if needed. Par-Kut installs all the necessary weather-proof boxes and conduits for these additions.

Par-Kut’s all welded galvanized portable steel buildings are excellent for exterior and interior situations. This standard booth has been adapted for an in-plant application.

This "Garage" style unit has no overhang, fascia or drain system. With comfort still a concern, this booth is equipped with a surface mounted heater & roof top air conditioner both controlled with integral thermostats. Increased privacy is achieved by applying an extra dark tint to all glazing.

Here is our "Portable Parking Lot" package. It consists of a 4 x 6 or 4 x 7 Par-Kut on a trailer with built-in gate arms. Booth can be used for access control or even toll or parking fee collections. These units are ready to be taken to a temporary location, construction job site, or rolled out during peak season at your temporary parking fields.

Complete with a 4-way diamond safety treadplate trailer bed equipped with safety railings, leveling jacks, grip strut fold down step, ball coupler, removable tongue with tongue jack and chains, proportioned tires, and required lighting and reflectors to be classified as "Road Legal". Customize the unit with a gas generator and become self sufficient.
