The best flooring system installations start with a coat of primer that seals and strengthens your floors¿creating a uniform bonding surface for subsequent applications. We've found that using a low-viscosity primer coat that soaks into the surface of the substrate handles more easily and aids in the prevention of "outgassing," which can occur with more viscous coatings. Upon curing, Dur-A-Flex® epoxy and the Cryl-A-Flex® methyl methacrylate (MMA) primer systems form a tough, smooth surface which stops concrete "dusting," a common respiratory health and environmental concern wherever you find new or unprotected concrete flooring.

Epoxies:

Dur-A-Shield #2¿
Consisting of a clear solvent-based epoxy prime coat and a finish coat, Dur-A-Shield¿ creates a high-strength surface that is high-gloss, easy to clean and resistant to abrasion, oil, gasoline, acids and solvents.

Dur-A-Poxy High Gloss¿
This fast-drying, eco-friendly epoxy floor coating can be applied to new concrete and cleans up with detergent and water.

Dur-A-Glaze Tie Coat¿
When an extra-strong bond is required for your primary coat, Dur-A-Glaze Tie Coat¿ offers maximum adherence. This floor coating is specifically designed to adhere tenaciously to existing epoxy and urethane coatings and resurfacers as well as superhard concrete, ceramic tiles or quarry tiles.

Acrylics

Cryl-A-Shield¿
This thin film system seals and strengthens while enhancing abrasion and chemical resistance. It is clear or can be pigmented with any of the Cryl-A-Flex¿ solid colors. The system typically consists of two coats of Cryl-A-Prime P-101¿ or a coat of Cryl-A-Prime P-101¿ and a coat of Cryl-A-Top T-301¿.

Cryl-A-Prime P-101¿
This high-strength, low-viscosity primer strengthens and reinforces substrates to create a uniform bonding surface for all our methyl methacrylate (MMA) products.

Cryl-A-Bond¿
When priming tough-to-bond surfaces, this methyl methacrylate-based additive for Cryl-A-Prime P-101¿ improves bond strength.

Cryl-A-Bond MT ¿ (Metal & Tile)
Cryl-A-Bond MT¿ is a methyl methacrylate based modifier that can be added to Cryl-A-Prime P-101¿ resins to improve bonding when coating metal or ceramic tile.
