S8500 Super-Krete Clear Seal

SUPER-KRETE® CLEAR SEAL is a water base acrylic / urethane copolymer emulsion, formulated for ease of application and maximum protection.

The material penetrates the surface for a tenacious bond. Available in clear and a variety of standard colors, CLEAR SEAL provides a uniform, natural look over old as well as new surfaces, interior and exterior.

Coverage Rates

Coverage rates as stated are an estimate only and may vary considerably with substrate, method of preparation, surface profile, surface porosity, and environmental conditions.

Typical two coat applications:

Light Duty (walkways, decks, etc): 250 -- 400 sq. ft. / gal Medium Duty (driveways, warehouse floors, etc): 200 -- 250 sq. ft. / gal Heavy Duty (kitchens, food processing, industrial floors, etc): 130 -- 200 sq. ft. / gal

Cure Time

Clear Seal dries to the touch in approximately 30 minutes

Foot traffic is permitted after one hour or when tack free

Vehicular traffic is permitted after 48 -- 72 hours depending on environmental conditions
