To whom it may concern,

My name Mr. Sven Kierdorf and have been in the Mechanical and Electrical CAD design for the past 20 years.

My portfolio is vast (over the last 20 years) ranging from the tallest building in Mississuaga "Park Mansion" to the largest development in Downtown Toronto "Concord Adex". Please feel free to contact me for any samples of my work, references etc.

Please note that my Mechanical Cad skills are "Second to None"...at the age of 15, in 1984 successfully completed CAD training in AutoCad's Head Office in San Francisco (I'm now 34). My experience in the mechanical design is also just as vast and experienced. Providing "Start and Finish" designs,"On Time" with the construction budget in mind.

My design/cad services include the usual construction stages from Preliminary, Permit, Construction, Site Instructions, As-Builts, etc. etc. I also am fluent with ALL popular Windows programs, engineering data programs A.S.H.R.A.E. 90.1, manufacturer sizing programs etc. And any program I don't know will learn with ease :o)

New service: ASMEIL CAD Drawings are "all" the discipline CAD drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior, and Landscape = ASMEIL) in one drawing (integrated) together and presented, in a clear way to show the details of each and every particular discipline and how it relates with others.

It will also allow greater control of the end product design and maintain this during changes and during construction phases.

ASMEIL Phases go further by "integrating" (overlapping) the cad drawings to reflect the "true" locations of services (risers etc.) above and below.

ASMEIL Co-ordination reports available, once integrated drawings are created.
