For over 60 years, Breidert has been manufacturing and selling commercial and light industrial fans all over the world. Breidert's quality product lines, competitive pricing, expert field representatives and reliable, dependable customer service are the reason for its continuing success.

In 1992, Breidert was purchased by Stanley Fans, a popular regional manufacturer of axial fans. These complementary product lines were merged into one complete line under the Breidert Air Products name and compete in the plan and spec, commercial, light industrial and food service markets. In 2004, Breidert was acquired by Soler & Palau Ventilation Group based in Barcelona, Spain.

After the 2004 acquisition, the Jacksonville, Florida, facility has remained the US corporate headquarters which utilizes the latest manufacturing equipment and engineering technology. Within the facility there is an AMCA licensed air and sound lab and product development testing center which is among the industry's finest.
