Guangdong Fenglu Aluminum Company Limited is a leading aluminum extrusion manufacturer in China. With 2 manufacturing bases in Guangdong province, China, it has an area of 350,000 square meters, 1,800 employees including 150 engineers, and has an capacity of processing 160,000 tons of aluminum extrusion products, including Mill finish, anodized, electrophoretic, powder coated, thermal barriers and intensively machined or welded products. We mainly produce 6000 alloy series extrusions , but not limited to. Since the establishment of the company in 1990, we have designed and produced more than 500 seriers with 12,000 section dies. We have our own Die Shop which can process more than 2,000 sets of new dies each month.. We mainly produce standard shapes as well as OEM & ODM. Years of experience and the application of scientific management, we have obtained various of quality certificates including TUV and ISO9002:94. For the time being, we have 8 melting furnaces, 4 homogenizing furnaces, 4 artificial aging furnaces, 37 extrusion presses, 4 anodizing production lines including the biggest one in China, 3 powder coating lines, 2 intensive machining lines, 1 testing center and 1 wasted water treatment center.
