How does AG-200 work?

AG-200 is a very unique and ingeniously designed Under Vehicle Inspection System. Extensive experience of the engineers and product designers has led to the development of this ultra-portable system. The electricity requirements are minimal (12volts) and physical layout is modular and simple to install and un-install. One thing that has been kept in mind is the durability and user friendliness of the equipment. AG-200 series excels in these two attributes. The equipment is simple to use and easy to maintain. It is all weather variant and can endure extreme weather conditions including high ambient temperature. The systems works on the principle of image streaming as the vehicle rolls over the ramped equipment. The image is depicted in real-time on the ruggedized dual LCD screen.

Specific characteristics of AG-200 are as follows:

• It is an extremely portable version of Under Vehicle Inspection.
• It can run on 12 volts DC and has the option of operating either via a 12 v external battery or can be plugged in via the cigarette lighter socket of a vehicle. It can also be plugged to a standard electrical outlet of 110 to 240 volts current.
• It does not need any sophisticated operational or maintenance training.
• The entire equipment can be carried in a standard sedan vehicle or a small truck.
• All components are rust free and ruggedized for weather and field environment.
• Vehicle’s under surface is viewed as live streaming video.
• The vehicle may be backed up to re-look if necessary. The equipment is bi-directional.
• The LEDs embedded in the system ensure adequate lighting conditions even in dark environments.
• The ramps are sturdy and are designed to take heavy load.
• The lens covers are scratch proof and can easily be cleaned. Lifetime warranty on the lens covers.
• All commercial and private vehicles of all sizes may be inspected.
