Operational and support/maintenance training courses and schedules
US Security Technologies, Inc. offers customizable and user-selectable training courses to match customer needs for training customer’s operational staff as well as support and maintenance personnel. The schedules and programs are often adjusted to match customer’s specific environment and operational scenario.
Types of Courses
Two basic courses are offered. One designed specifically for operators and the other for the maintenance/support team. Schedule 1 is designed for operational staff while Schedule 2 s designed for the maintenance or support staff. Both courses as stipulated below are recommended for all customers purchasing the equipment.
Course Parameters
The basic Operational Training Course (OTC) as well as the Support and Maintenance Course (SMC) are typically conducted in English but may be offered with real time translation services by a local language proficient person. Class room and training aid facilities are typically provided by the customer. However, agreeable arrangements can be made to conduct training courses at other locations. For each course, the charges for training are $400 per credit hour (per class). Maximum of 10 persons per class are recommended. The charges remain the same for less than 10 persons. Minimum recommended credit hours are 12. Max recommended credit hours are 22. A certificate is issued at the end of the course. All participants are required to pass with a minimum grade of 80% to earn the course certificate.
