Low Density Systems

Low Density Systems

VERSI-FOAMŪ is available in a lower density foam, approximately 1 pound per cubic foot. It is only 25% closed cell, resulting in a higher water absorption rate. This system should NOT be used in applications where water or moisture is present. It has an R-factor of 5 per inch, lower than the other VERSI-FOAMŪ Systems but still superior to some of the other commonly used insulation materials.

This system is available in two sizes. The VERSI-FOAMŪ System 28 is packaged in one carton and weighs 41 pounds. It is includes the two chemical components, the patented U-CONTROL mixing gun attached to two 7-1/2 foot hoses and 10 multipurpose mixing nozzles. It will yield approximately 300 square feet of foam at 1" thick or 25 cubic feet.

The VERSI-FOAMŪ System 88 is packaged in two cartons that weigh about 60 pounds each. It includes the two chemical components, the patented U-CONTROL dispensing gun attached to two 15 foot hoses and ten multipurpose mixing nozzles. This system will yield approximately 1000 square feet at 1" thick or 83 cubic feet.

The VERSI-FOAMŪ Systems 28 and 88 can be shut down and used again on another day, however we strongly recommend that it is used at least once every seven days.
