Standard Drop-in tin ceiling panels fit all standard 2'x2' grids (15/16" suspended grid system). All panels regardless of pattern dimension are 23 3/4" x 23 3/4". Our panels have The Edge! These panels sit flush with the grid. Grids are painted to match the color of the panels. Every pattern is available in any color.

	Colors - Powder Coated Finish All of our colors are applied using an industrial quality powder coat finishing process (suitable for an outdoor, kitchen, or bathroom application). We are the only tin ceiling company to utilize such a high-end finishing process. Each panel is hung on a conveyer line which runs the product through our automatic powder coating booth, then the product passes through our twenty foot radiant oven which bakes the finish at 450 degrees. 	Design Center Our eight full-time designers take pride in helping you acquire a beautiful tin ceiling or backsplash. We have assisted with the layout of over 40,000 tin ceilings, gladly going out of our way to ensure customer satisfaction. We are committed to assisting you with your tin ceiling purchase. Product Specification All of our products are manufactured from a T1 grade tin plated steel. This is generally referred to as "bright tinplate". The material thickness is 0.010". Our panels measure 2' x 2', our moldings all come in 4' lengths. All of our finishes are powder coated. Powder coating is an electrostatic process where polyester resin is baked onto the panels at 400 deg. F. Our faux finishes are hand applied over a powder coated base color. All of our products carry an ASTM E 84-03b approval (Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials). In order to specify our material we would need to know the following: 1) Which pattern? Specify pattern number. 2) Which style? Specify Snap-Lock, Nail-Up or Drop-In. 3) Which color? Specify color. Please see the PDF document for more information.	PDF	96 kB
