Exceeding Today’s Performance Standards

VISIONWALL provides a new way to rethink a building design in that high performance glazing systems can now be used as an integral component of the building thermal envelope.

For too long, double glazed products have been the weak link in the design of heating and cooling systems for buildings. Size and placement of HVAC components are often dictated by the lack of performance of conventional double glazed products. Heat loss through inefficient glazing systems will often require the use of perimeter heating systems to compensate for this loss. In summer months, uncontrolled solar heat gain through glazing systems requires more cooling energy to keep the building comfortable.

In contrast, VISIONWALL high perfomance glazing systems provide comfortable, quiet interior spaces with higher R-values and improved solar heat gain control.
