Penetron® has been selected as the main waterproofing system in the construction of Terminal II at the Warsaw Frederic Chopin Airport in Poland. The new terminal, which began construction in 2004 will take 2 years to complete and extends the operating capacity of the airport to 10 million passengers per annum.

Since starting the project, over 30,000 m³ of concrete slab have been waterproofed with PENETRON® ADMIX as well as 5,000 m² of wall area treated with Penetron®. The projected total area to be waterproofed should total 60,000 m². Mr. Tadeusz Rychlik, President of Penetron Polska and official distributor of Penetron products in Poland, stated that "a structure of this caliber requires the best protection to ensure the highest endurance of the structure for years to come."
