Roof hatches for years of convenient and weathertight roof access

Nystrom RHA Series roof hatches are designed and built for years of convenient and weathertight roof access by ladder or stairs. Roof hatches are also used to access equipment from the roof. To meet the demands of an exterior application, the doors are manufactured from aluminum (galvanized steel (RHG) is the most common material used), with the option of using stainless steel. The curb and cover are insulated with a neoprene draft seal applied between them. To ensure against leakage from snow or water buildup, the lids are mounted on a 12.0-inch curb with a cap flashing. The roofing material or membrane can be tucked under the cap flashing to help ensure against leakage.
