Niland Twister LED is equipped with a mogul screw-in socket for easy installation. With the potted driver built directly into the base of the unit, there is no need for an external driver or ballast. Just wire direct to socket and screw in our Twister Retrofit. The potted driver will automatically recognize your lines voltage.
As an added benefit to Niland LEDs, all units come standard with a top-of-the-line Lighting Detection System. This is a 3-Tier Active and Passive Electronic Detection and Protection Circuit.This feature will react within 2 pico seconds, clamping and shutting down the power supply to prevent any damage to active components. Once the event has passed, the power supply automatically restarts the LED luminaire and achieves full intensity within 2 seconds.
