Anything Less, Would Not be Abbaka
Completely Seamless

Each hood is hand-built by mastercraftsmen who have undergone lengthy apprenticeships in Europe's most elite metalworks. There are few
today who have the skill required to perform a fusion weld on such sensitive material as pure copper or brass. Indeed the reason why others
will only rivet and laminate these materials, or bolt separate canopy and flue together.
Engineered Ventilation Systems
Though our standard products are designed for today's diverse array of gourmet cooking equipment, any one can be crafted to your exact
needs. As your installation demands, hoods are modified, dimensions changed, CFM capacity added, or lighting altered. One need never
settle for a stock ventilating solution with Abbaka.
