VALVE BOXES

DESCRIPTION
The Acudor ASVB is a surface mounted valve box designed to provide easy, convenient access to all types of valves and controls that extend outside of the finished wall, but need to be protected by a fully enclosed box. The depth of the valve box can be modified to meet all valve and control requirements.

When required, vision panels, louvers and engraved plates can be supplied along with special holes for pipes or conduits.


SPECIFICATIONS

Material: Stainless Steel or Steel: 16 gage door and box.
Door: Overlaps box, providing for a tight secure fit.
Box: Fully enclosed, attached to door. When required, box can be make with open back.
Hinge: Continuous, exposed  piano hinge.
Latch: Cylinder lock & key. Also available: screwdriver operated cam latch, allen head cam latch, spanner head can latch, flush paddle handle, thumb turn latch.
Finish: Stainless Steel: #4 satin polish.
Steel: 5 stage iron phosphate preparation with prime coat of grey baked enamel.

Door: Flush to frame — rounded safety corners.
Frame: One piece outer flange welded to box.
Box: Fully enclosed, completely attached to frame. When required, box can be make with open back.
Hinge: Continuous, concealed.
Latch: Cylinder lock & key. Also available: screwdriver operated cam latch, spanner head can latch, flush paddle handle, thumb turn latch.
Finish: Stainless Steel: #4 satin polish.

DESCRIPTION
The Acudor AFVP provides quick and easy access to flush valves that are concealed in the wall. Constructed out of type 304 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, the door panel is removable from the frame via tamperproof stainless steel screws. A 1-1/2" dia. hole in the center of the panel is provided for the valve handle.

SPECIFICATIONS
Material: Stainless Steel or Steel: 14 gage door; 18 gage frame
Door: Overlaps frame, completely removable via tamperproof stainless steel screws. Door panel to have 1-1/2" dia. hole in center.
Frame: 18 gage stainless steel, 1-1/4" deep.
Latch: Tamperproof stainless steel screws.
Finish: #4 satin polish.
