SERVICE PENETRATION FIRESTOP SYSTEMS

A/D FIREBARRIER systems provide effective, economical and easily installed firestops where building services such as pipes, conduits, cables and cable trays penetrate floors and walls that are required to have fire resistance ratings.

A/D FIREBARRIER systems can easily be altered at a later date to accommodate removal or addition of new penetrating items by simply poking-through or removing a portion of the sealant or mortar. Protection is maintained by adding new sealant or mortar if required.

Fire protection ratings up to 3h were attained when tested in accordance with CAN4-S I 15- M85 Standard Method of Fire Tests of Firestop systems and ASTM E814.
