FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES OF A/D FIREFILM® II
Ease of Application
A/D Firefilm ® II is easy to apply. Spray application is recommended.  It may be applied during the latter stages of construction to assist contract scheduling.

Thin-Film
Thickness Range: 00160-0.130 in. (0.4-3.3)

VOC: 0 lb/gal (0 g/1) ASTM D 3960

A/D Firefilm ® II is water-based and does not contain or emit VOC's. Together with low VOC A/D Colorcoat,

A/D Firefilm ® II provides a VOC compliant system that is friendly to both user and environment.

Full Colour Range
A/D Colorcoat is available in a spectrum of decorative colours to suit your aesthetic needs.

Damage Resistant
The A/D Firefilm ® II system is very resistant to impact, abrasion and deflection. 

Hardness: Shore D 81.8

Abrasion Resistance: only 0.33 g lost after 2000 cycles (ASTM D4060)

Impact Resistance: 28-30 in-lb. direct (ASTM D2794)

Deflection: no cracking, delamination or spalling when subjected to a deflection equal to span/120  (ASTM E159)

Bond Strength: 7519 lbf/ft' (360 kPa)   (ASTM E736)
Compressive Strength: 124895 lbf/ft (5.98 MPa) @ 10% deformation (ASTM E761)

Dust free and Clean
A/D Firefilm ® II provides a smooth finish, ideal in areas where a dust  free atmosphere is necessary (clean rooms, processing plants, hospitals, schools, laboratories, etc.)
