AMERICAN INFANT CARE PRODUCTS

MR / MANUFACTURER AMERICAN INFANT CARE PRODUCTS

In this age of customer service, AICP believes in cost-effective alternatives for parents, who until now, have been forced to change diapers in unsafe, inconvenient, and inappropriate places.  An even greater concern for parents is the risk of leaving children unattended while using bathroom stalls.  Make a change for the better. Make your business "Baby Friendly"Offer them the "Diaper DeckTM,"   the "I'll Hold the BabyTM," and   the "Diaper DumperTM".  Your customers will greatly appreciate it.

CONSTRUCTION:

Constructed of high density polyethylene  plastic, the "Diaper DeckTM" is impervious to odors, mold, mildew, and is easily cleaned.  A pneumatic air pump is used for controlled lowering and retraction of the changing  bed.  The "Diaper DeckTM" is constructed to with-stand up to 400 lbs. of static weight.  This provides protection from vandalism, as well as a greater sense of safety and security for parents, providers or facility managers.

DESIGN:

The "Diaper DeckTM" has been designed to fit inside even the smallest of rooms.  Its compact design allows for installation in restroom stalls if necessary.  This unique design allows customers to pass the changing parent while the "Diaper DeckTM" is in use.  When in the closed position, it projects only 4 1/2 inches from the wall, and only 18 1/2 inches when in the open position; it was specifically designed for the curved bed to drop horizontally, which only allows the infant to roll towards the changing parent or the wall, prior to securing the nylon safety strap.  The "Diaper DeckTM" is constructed with a locking compartment for controlled disbursement of sanitary bed liners.  All surfaces on the curved bed have soft rounded corners for safety as well as ease of cleaning.  The appearance of the "Diaper DeckTM", in its white or creamy natural color, makes it an attractive enhancement to any environment.   The outer and inside tutorial graphics are a handsome addition to its classic design.  This allows for installation in a room of any style or decor.

SAFETY FEATURES AND BENEFITS:

BED DROPS HORIZONTALLY

  • The "Diaper DeckTM" was engineered with safety as its first priority which emphasizes the need for the bed to drop horizontally instead of vertically.  This allows the baby to only roll toward the wall or the changing parent.  A vertical drop would allow the infant to roll off either side which doubles liability.
  • Projects from wall only 4 1/2 inches when closed, 18 1/2 inches when fully open.
  • ADA Model - (American Disabilities Act) projects 3 15/16 inches from the wall.  Please specify if your "Diaper DeckTM" will be placed in an area where ADA Regulations 4.4.1, 4.2.5, 4.2.6 are applicable.
  • Allows the passage of people by the parent while they are changing the infant.
  • Allows installation in the smallest of rooms, even a bathroom stall if necessary.
  • Safe StrapTM, designed specifically for the "Diaper DeckTM" with a clip lock fastener insures release only by the parent.
  • Hardware for mounting included.

CONSTRUCTED OF HIGH DENSITY POLYTHYLENE

  • Holds 400 lbs. of static weight when opened
  • The FDA approved material doesn't allow the retention of odors or the creation of mold or mildew.
  • Strong, safe, and easy to clean.
  • Holds its strength and shape.

BUILT-IN SANITARY LINER DISPENSER WITH LOCKS

  • Allows the disbursement of a safe, sanitary liner made of recycled cotton fiber for the protection of infant's skin.  This liner is in sharp contrast to many of the hand towels in which the chemical formaldehyde has been used in their making and creates problems for skin sensitive infants.  It is inexpensive, disposable, and environmentally safe.
  • Lock protects against the misuse of sanitary liners.
