Part 2 - EXECUTION

Mounting requirements:  Wood screws or toggle bolts both require a sound plumb, vertical wall structure in which to mount the "Diaper DeckTM".   Under no circumstances should the "Diaper DeckTM" be mounted on a wall not able to withstand a minimum of 100 lbs. per sq. ft. in all directions.  It must be consistent  with all local, as well as national codes, ordinances, and regulations relating to such an installation.

Location & Clearances:  The bottom of the unit in its open position should be approximately 34" from the finished floor to insure comfort and safety of end user.  It must be at least 4" away from any grab rail so as not to interfere with the rails use.  The "Diaper DeckTM" must be mounted in accordance with all building codes, regulations and ordinances relating to clearance as determined by the location of each particular installation.  As you can see in the drawing below, the overall length is 32" and the mounting height should be 34" from the finished floor to bottom of deck in the open position.  Specify ADA model if applicable.

Easy Installation:  A "Diaper DeckTM" installation kit is provided with the deck; it consists of mounting hardware, installation instructions, a Graphic Design door label and a few of the sanitary bed liners.  This kit is located inside the lockable liner dispenser located in the upper half of the deck.   Complete installation instructions allow for proper installation of the "Diaper DeckTM" in a short amount of time.  The instructions include a list of the hardware provided and a suggestion of the tools to be used.  As there can be many varieties in wall construction, materials, and designs we have provided the mounting hardware that is appropriate for your particular installation.  If mounting hardware is inappropriate for installation, appropriate hardware must be obtained by the installer.
