Flexible Manufacturing in a 2" or 3" Deep Aluminum Parabolic Louver

A.L.P. has added 2" deep KC-PLTA and 3" deep KC-PLDA louvers to our unique flexible manufacturing capability. Specify the cell size and flange treatment to design your own louver for your product line or specific application. The 2" or 3" depth gives a bold appearance, good lamp obscuration and high efficiency in a trim parabolic louver.

The Highsider™ may also eliminate the need for a reflector, allowing cost savings.

A.L.P. has the flexibility to provide mixed depths of blades within a single louver to expand optical performance and enhance aesthetic.

It features 3" high sides (side flanges) with 1.5" cross veins and 2" center stringer. It gives the designer the flexibility to develop various light distributions and/or maximize light emitting openings for increased fixture efficiency and optical control. Aesthetics of old and new fixtures can be enhanced by using various height sides to conceal yellowed paint, minimize glare from the diffused white paint, and hide unsightly fasteners, holes and/or black reveal fixture flanges. Deeper longitudinal blades offer a match to existing ballast covers allowing enhanced crosswise shielding and sealing off light between rows of cells, for multiple lighting levels.

Optional finishes are low-iridescent Semi-Specular Silver, Specular Silver or Baked White Enamel.
