NOTES: INSTALLATION: To assure proper wall performance, you must follow the steps described in Segmental Retaining Wall Installation
Guide, published by the National Concrete Masonry Association (1996). If you are unfamiliar with these guidelines, please contact the NCMA
or your Anchor representative. Anchor Diamond and Anchor Diamond Pro blocks are engineered to attain a maximum wall height of
approximately 4', and 3', respectively, as a gravity wall without reinforcement. Anchor Vertical blocks are engineered to attain a maximum wall
height of approximately 3' as a gravity wall without reinforcement. Anchor Vertical Pro blocks are engineered to attain a maximum wall height
of approximately 6' as a gravity wall without reinforcement. These heights assume level backfill and clean, compacted sand or gravel, and no
surcharge. However, professional engineering must be considered for proper design and reinforcement placement. It is the user's
responsibility to obtain such design advice. Neither Anchor Wall Systems, Inc., nor its authorized manufacturers assume any responsibility for
the design and/or installation of walls constructed with the retaining wall products.
LIMITED WARRANTY: Anchor Diamond, Diamond Pro, Vertica and Vertica Pro blocks are warranted to be free from material manufacturing
defects, to have a compressive strength of at least 300 p.s.i. as determined by the test procedures of ASTM C140-96, and to otherwise
comply with the requirements of ASTM C1372-97. No guarantee of color shades is made or implied. Anchor Wall Systems, Inc. and its
authorized manufacturers disclaim all express and implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: The manufacturer will deliver, at no charge, replacements for defective blocks, but shall have no obligation to
install them. The replacement of defective units is your sole remedy. Under no circumstances including negligence, shall Anchor Wall
Systems and its authorized manufacturers be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to
use the retaining wall product, even if Anchor or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
