The Plastic Face letter is the to of the line in illuminated letters. These letters are manufactured from .090" or .125" aluminum, heliarc welded and illuminated by neon powered by the required transformer in 120 or 277 volts. Pigmented plexiglas faces are held in place by an aluminum retainer. Transformers can be located either inside the letter, on a raceway or inside the building.

Backlighted letters are precision cut from .090" or .125" aluminum and custom fabricated to allow perimeter neon illumination. Letter faces are constructed from aluminum and the backs of the letters are left open. Backlighted letters must be mounted to project from the wall a minimum of 2". The backlighted letter provides a subdued lighting effect. Transformers of 120 or 277 volts must be able to be located either inside the letter or inside the building.

When non-illuminated letters are required, the Custom Fabricated letter is the leader in craftsmanship and appearance. All letter faces are computer cut, hand fabricated, heliarc welded, sanded and washed before receiving one of our many finishes. These letters are manufactured from either .090" or .125" aluminum and are available in any style and depth.

Cast letters are available in both aluminum and bronze. Both materials are available in many standard letterstyles as well as any custom letterstyle or logo. All cast letters are individually cleaned, sanded and filed until they meet the Andco standard of quality. Cast letters are available in sizes up to 20". For larger letters, please specify Andco's Reverse Channel letters

Plate letters are available in aluminum and brass. Both materials are available in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" thicknesses. Plate letters are ideal for custom logos and letterstyles. For letters and logos larger than 24", Andco recommends the Reverse Channel construction.
