ARCWAYS

  1. Stringer normally has a single Book and Butt matched grain seam to show continuous face grain
  2. Balusters are attractively "stepped"

  1. Stringer is made from many pieces showing Butcher Block seams and a variety of face grains.
  2. Balusters are all one common length.

  1. Tread and riser to outside stringer joint stays perfectly tight. Saves the cost of carpeting to hide gaps. (An Arcways exclusive feature)
  2. Decorative, bendable molding is included for easy and professional finishing of stringer edge.

  1. Tread and riser to outside stringer joint often shows gaps which must be hidden with carpeting.
  2. Shims (used to close uneven gaps) slip, causing joints to open and gaps to show. Stringer usually has no decorative molding.
