USE THIS HANDY PLANNING GUIDE TO SUBSTITUTE AN ARCWAYS CURVED STAIR PLAN FOR AN L-SHAPED STAIR PLAN.

* Typical Ceiling Heights	IF YOUR FLOOR TO FLOOR HEIGHT IS:
8 Feet	98" to 112"	Use 14 riser stair
8' 6"	112 to 120"	Add 1 riser/tread
9 Feet	120" to 128"	Add 2 risers/treads
10 Feet	128" to 136"	Add 3 risers/treads
11 Feet	136" to 144"	Add 4 to 5 risers/treads

*Based upon standard 12" thick (deep) floor construction

ARCWAYS HAS OVERLAY TEMPLATES AND CAD SOFTWARE AVAILABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN DESIGNING A PLAN FOR THESE AND OTHER ARCWAYS MODELS.

To accommodate floor to floor heights over 112", you can add either curved or straight treads or a combination of both!

Basic 14 riser stair
Curved treads - scale drawing for dimension
Straight treads - add 9" minimum per tread to fill available space

*Note - These drawings are to 1/4" scale. They can easily be photocopied or traced to insert into any design drawing.
