Standard, Thermally Protected, Low Voltage Rough-In for
Installation in Direct Contact with Insulation
FEATURES
- Stamped galvanized steel frame and housing.
- Adjustable hanger bars included, expand to 25" (635mm).
- Galvanized steel junction box with pryout knockouts. Rated
for thru branch wiring, 2-in/2-out, #12 AWG wire, rated 90 degree C minimum. Accessible
from below ceiling.
- 50VA class H electromagnetic transformer. 120 volt input, 12
volt output.
- Thermal Protector, opens circuit at 110 degrees C.
- Spun aluminum trim can with attachment clips. Maximum
ceiling thickness 1-1/2" (38mm).
- Female socket connector. Socket and male connector supplied
with the Trim.
CSA Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory certified for
safe use in ceilings without insulation, or where insulation is kept 3" away from all
sides and 1" above.
