MOTOR OPERATORS

COMMERCIAL MOTOR OPERATORS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR CONVENIENCE OF OPERATION FOR SERVICE DOORS, FIRE DOORS, ROLLING GRILLES, SIDE COILING DOORS AND GRILLES, AND SHUTTERS. Atlas Door motor operators are assembled using electrical components satisfying NEMA specifications, and are listed by ULI and ULC.

Atlas Door operators are specifically designed to provide maximum reliability over a long life and to minimize electrical field wiring. Particular electrical controls can be provided, including special control stations such as keyed, treadle or pull cord operating stations. Watertight, oil-tight and explosion proof components can also be provided, to be wired by others.

Various mounting positions are possible for each operator, including vertical front of hood, wall mounting, over-the-hood and horizontal front-of-hood positions. The latter mountings are used in the event of special clearance problems.
