| ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS' SPECIFICATIONS Loudspeaker system shall be Atlas/Soundolier Strategy System ®.
System shall include a high performance. 6" coaxial loudspeaker Model FA136,
acousticalty matched enclosure Model (FA97-6, FA97- 6NK) and flush grille Model (FA51 -6,
FA170- 6, FA720-6, FA730-6). Nominal frequency response of the system shall be 80 Hz-20
kHz and the sensitivity shall be 91 dB (peak) and 88 dB (average) measured at 1W/ 1M
across the full bandwidth. Power rating shall be 35 watts RMS. Unit shall be comprised of
a 6" dia. low frequency driver constructed of fiber-reinforced polypropylene and
synthetic rubber surround. High-frequency driver shall be a post-mounted ferrofluid device
with mylar diaphragm. Magnet shall be a minimum of 14 oz. (398g) and the voice coil
diameter shall be 1" (25mm). Dispersion shall be 130° . Transformer equipped models
shall include factory wired (25, 70.7, 100) volt transformer with primary taps of (.5, 1,
2, 4 or 1, 2, 4, 8) Loudspeaker shall front-load specified FA97- 6(NK) or optional
FA95-6(NK), FA175-6, 617-6WD enclosure or Model FAPR-6 plaster ring or quick-fit
frame/grille Model FA-6G. Enclosures shall use (toggle clamps, conventional screws) for
celling installation and stud receivers for grille mounting. Other optional accessories
include:(FA-81-6 tile bridge. FA-TR6 trim ring, FAMT-6 adapter for 8" grilles). The
FA97 enclosure models shall be lined with high density acoustic batting.
