FEATURES
GENERAL DESCRIPTION P900. This beautiful, high-impact, polystyrene plastic recessed grille has an attractive ceiling-white finish. The acoustical louver design provides maximum sound transmission and dispersion. The 8" (203mm) dia. loudspeaker cone is not visible through the louvers and the loudspeaker mounting screws are hidden for a clean appearance. The high-impact polystyrene plastic will not crack or chip and the baffle contains no components which promote mildew growth. Baffle may be easily repainted on the job site to match any decor. Unit installs via screw-mount installation. P910 / P912. Both models are similar to the P900 except square. All of the same features are included. Model P912 is slightly larger than Model P910 to accommodate a different selection of enclosures including extended volume Model 198-8-8. For information on how these extra-depth enclosures extend bass response, refer to Atlas/Soundolier literature #SL3-1401. ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS' SPECIFICATIONS Plastic baffle shall be Atlas/Soundolier Model (P900,P910, P912). Unit shall be molded from a high-impact polystyrene plastic and shall not contain components which promote mildew growth. The sound emission area shall be louvered for maximum sound transmission and dispersion. Baffle shall have concealed self-tapping screws for mounting Atlas/Soundolier standard 8" (203mm) dia. loudspeaker Model. Baffle shall mount Atlas/Soundolier enclosure Model or mounting ring Model.
