BARRIER BR-300 ROOF COATING
BR-300 is a black, waterborne acrylic modified asphalt emulsion BR-300 has proven to be excellent when applied over tar and gravel, asphalt shingles, concrete, and many other surfaces. BR-300 works as both a top coat and/or a primer.

BR-300 is a one-component coating. Its ease of application also makes it ideal for patching.

BARRIER METAL ROOF COATINGS
Developed specifically for mobile homes, this coating reflects 89% of the sun's rays as compared to 46% for aluminum; however, a metal roof will benefit from an application of BARRIER's metal roofcoating applied by an amateur or professional. Air conditioning cost is greatly reduced. To be applied only when the temperature is 50 degrees or above and dry.

BARRIER B-20 CAULK
A clear, tough flexible sealant and caulk. Has excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and dries exceptionally fast. Remains pliable, can be used for seating and caulking surfaces such as wood, metal, masonry, fiberglass or glass. Not to be applied at below 40 degrees F

B-14 LAP SEAL
Can be used on wood, metal, concrete, fiberglass and aluminum. Excellent for seating mobile home roof seams, vent pipe flashings, expansion joints, roof gutters and metal roofs of any type and marine use.

Applied by brushing, or troweling on large cracks. May be applied from 10 degrees F to 150 degrees F in all types of weather conditions.

PROTECTIVE COATINGS FOR METAL
BARRIER's metal protection system offers excellent resistance to corrosion, rust, and other deterioration problems of metal surfaces.

Use on machinery parts, steel beams and other surfaces where rust and corrosion is a problem for protection against rain, snow, sand, salt spray and most acid attack. The surface to be sealed must be thoroughly clean and machine parts dipped in BARRIER for best results.

CONCRETE STAIN
An easy to apply, long-lasting protective stain that beautifies and adds color. Available in 12 colors.
