We've done it again: engineered a new, even better way to provide our customers with the most useful products and strongest possible support. New VERSA-DECK plywood floor panels offer 7-ply construction and uncommonly sturdy 7/8" thickness. Stronger and stiffer than traditional floor decking, VERSA-DECK is APA rated for use over I-joists spanned up to 32" apart. This reduces materials cost and saves installation time without cutting corners in terms of quality. Or you can use traditional I-joist spacing under VERSA-DECK panels for a floor that's even stiffer and quieter, and bounce-free. A floor that, as part of Boise Cascade's Simple Framing System, is simply superior.
Features 7-ply construction assures superior strength and stability. Selected faces are reinforced with an underlying solid crossband which provides puncture protection. Our engineered 7/8" thickness allows for I-joist spacing of up to 32" while assuring stiff, strong, quiet floors with reduced bounce and vibration. Increased spacing capabilities reduce the number of beams required, saving time and materials cost without lowering overall quality. Tongue and groove construction provides additional edge support. APA STURD-I-FLOOR certified for use in single layer floor construction beneath carpet and pad. |
