BC Calc is available to all designers, architects and engineers when designing with Boise Cascade engineered wood products. BC Calc operates on IBM^® compatible computers using MS Windows^®. It is available on either CD or 3 1/2" floppy disks from your Boise Cascade distributor.

BC Calc assists designers, architects and engineers in the selection of BCI joists and Versa-Lam beam products. The program prints out a design report that displays the final design information along with the engineering criteria required to verify the analysis.

The user-friendly program is presented in an easy-to-use format, supported by a complete user's manual. BC Framer works with AutoCAD^® to accomplish in a few hours, what used to take days.

You can select scale, wall parameters, material, joist spacing and other necessary information.

BC Framer then performs interactive structural analysis to let you easily try out alternative design ideas.With BC Framer, you can set up rules for your designs, and the program will save them for use in future designs.
