Benchmark was founded in 1993 and was quickly recognized as the leader in property inspection services for the San Francisco Bay area. Today, Benchmark's property inspection division is the largest privately held property inspection company in Northern California.

In 1997, we began our Environmental Engineer division to provide project management and turnkey solutions in all areas of environmental consulting. Employment Opportunities

Property Inspector

Must have construction background, should have home inspection experience and be able to speak and write English fluently. CREIA or ASHI affiliation a plus.

Certified Asbestos Consultant

Must have experience in the field and be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Asbestos Site Surveillance Technician

Must have experience in the field and be able to work on multiple projects in the Bay Area at the same time.
