Asbestos Surveys — Our surveys are custom designed to meet specific needs as well as all AHERA requirements.

O & M — Our plans are developed to help facility owners manage Asbestos Containing Materials which are left in place. These plans allow safe and effective management of ACM when total removal is not necessary.

Asbestos Abatement Design — We develop plans for the removal of ACM. We include all project documents, contractor qualification and selection, and timelines. All plans incorporate compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Contractor Compliance Monitoring — We represent facility owners during abatement projects. We insure strict compliance with specifications, enclosure construction, safety and security procedures. Benchmark provides visual clearance of the abatement and issues a “Notice of Substantial Completion” to the contractor.

Air Monitoring — Our technicians conduct daily monitoring during all phases of the project. We issue final air clearances in compliance with federal, state and local laws. We also conduct on-site PCM analysis.
