    Besam’s VisionPulse infrared presence sensing device, senses when objects are located in its path. An object entering the detection zone will be recognized, and the door will not open. Or, should the intrusion occur after the door has begun to open, the door’s motion will stop completely.

VisionPulse Presence Sensor Operation

Should an object be present within the space into which the door is designed to swing, the swing side VisionPulse shall inhibit an opening impulse to the automatic door operator until the object is no longer present. The swing path shall be constantly monitored by the VisionPulse unit so that an object entering the zone after the door begins to swing will be instantly detected and the door swing immediately stopped.
