Construction Keying
On contract construction jobs, temporary cores are shipped with the proper locks to the contract hardware dealer who provides the locks and other finish hardware to the general contractor. Before the job is completed, permanent master-keyed cores are shipped directly to the owner. Upon completion of the job, the owner replaces the temporary construction cores with his own permanent cores and returns the construction cores to Best.

During the specification and planning phases of the building process, BEST's SpecCentresm services are available to ensure that proper finish hardware is specified as required. A finish hardware section (08710) can be produced on diskette for you in the format of your choice (CSI, Master-Spec, etc.) in whatever word processing system you request. Contact your local Best Locking Systemsm Representative for detailed information.
