Systems Maintenance & Service
A nationwide network of Best Locking Systems factory-authorized and trained representatives provides local inventories, expertise and training in servicing your system. The development of an in-house service department, utilizing factory available service equipment, gives the owner the ability to combinate and/or recombinate cores, cut keys program and maintain electronics and maintain lock hardware. Formal training is available from Best Locking Systems^sm staff with special "Advanced Systems Curriculum" training being offered at the corporate factory headquarters.

Key & Core Control
A good mechanical locking system involves more than locking hardware. A key and core control system is a recording and filing plan which provides complete information on keying, doors, locks and personnel. The system should include formal policies and procedures to regulate the distribution and control of key, card and code issuance. For systems with 100 or more users, BEST recommends the Keystone 600™ key and core control software package. This user-friendly Windows based system allows for expedited entry of data and the generation of multiple standard reports. BEST also offers a manual card-based system for smaller systems users.
