Certifications - ANSI A156.2, Series 4000, Grade 1 Federal Specifications FF-H-00106C/Gen. Pending Approval: Listed by Underwriter's Laboratories for use on 3 hour, A label single swinging doors. GYJT builders hardware-single point locks or latches.

For UL: GYQS electrically controlled single point locks or latches.

For New York: Approved by the City of New York Board of Standards and Appeals under calendar number 49-88-SM.

Material - Lever handles are a high quality zinc alloy. Trim components are brass or bronze. Critical latch and chassis components are brass corrosion treated steel or stainless steel.

Lever handles - Body is approximately 1 5/8" (41.4mm) in diameter; Handle is approximately 4 3/4" (120.65mm) long (from center-line of chassis). #14 and #15 levers conform to California Administrative Code Title 19 and Title 24.

Projection on Door - Approximately 2 3/4" (69.85mm) when mounted on 1 3/4" (44.45mm) door.

Roses-

"C" - 3" (76.2mm) convex.
"D" - 3 1/2" (88.9mm) convex.
"K" - 3" (76.2mm) convex no-ring.
"L" - 3 1/2 (88.9mm) convex-no ring.

Latch - 9/16" (14.29mm) throw. Front: 2 1/4" (57.15mm) x 1 1/8" (28.7mm) beveled.

Backset - 2 3/4" (69.85mm) standard, 3 3/4" (95.25mm) and 5" (127mm) available.

Strike - STK: Conforms to ANSI A115.2 for (2 3/4" (69.85mm) x 1 1/8" (28.7mm) with curved lip and box). S3: Conforms to ANSI A115.2 for 1 3/4" (44.45mm) doors (4 7/8" (123.95mm) x 1 1/4" (31.75mm) with curved lip).

Door thickness - Available for 1 3/4" (44.45mm) to 2 1/4" (57.15mm) doors. Door thickness must be specified.

Mounting - In addition to standard door preparation (ANSI A115.2 for 1 3/4" (44.45mm) doors) two additional holes are needed for thru-bolt. Thru-bolts require two 5/16" (7.94mm) diameter holes located at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock. A drill job is provided to insure accuracy of the holes.
