 Series 37 Designer Trim
Best-Rite Designer Trim offers a
distinctive appearance as an option to conventional aluminum trim with the advantage of
completely concealed installation fasteners. The modern, decorative look of the Designer
Trim is provided through snap-in inserts in colors to harmonize or contrast with the
surrounding surfaces.

Metal Trim and Accessories: Fabricated
frames and trim of not less than 0.062" thick aluminum alloy, size and shape as
indicated, to suit type of installation. Provide straight, single-length units wherever
possible; keep joints to a minimum. Mitered corners for a neat, hairline closure.
- Clear Anodized Finish: Furnish exposed
aluminum trim accessories and fasteners with the manufacturer's standard satin anodized
finish with clear anodic coating complying with AA requirements for Class II Architectural
Coating (AA-A31). Equal to Series 37 by BEST-RITE with snap-in epoxy coated aluminum
insert available in assorted colors.
- Chalktray: Furnish the manufacturer's
standard continuous, solid extrusion type aluminum chalktray with ribbed sections and
snap-in colored insert.
- Map Rail: Furnish map rail at the top of
each unit, complete with the following accessories:
- Display Rail: Provides continuous cork
display rail approximately 1" wide, as indicated, integral with the map rail.
- End Stops: Provides one end stop at each end
of the map rail.
Installation Details
Series 37 Designer Trim Chalkboards and
Bulletin Boards may be installed with fasteners through the trim as indicated in the trim
illustration above. The colorful insert is snapped in place completely concealing the
fasteners. The boards with Designer Trim may be installed with conventional L-clips at the
top and bottom if desired
Series 32 Superior Trim
Metal Trim and Accessories: Fabricated

1. Clear Anodized Finish: Furnish exposed

Coating (AA-A31). Equal to Series 32 by BEST-RITE. Also available with black or bronze
anodized aluminum trim.
2. Chalktray: Furnish the manufacturer's
standard continuous, solid extrusion type aluminum chalktray with ribbed sections and
smoothly curved exposed ends for each chalkboard.
3. Map Rail: Furnish map rail at the top of each unit, complete with the following
accessories:
a. Display Rail: Provides continuous cork
display rail approximately 1" wide, as indicated, integral with the map rail.
b. End Stops: Provides one
end stop at each end of the map rail.
