Version8 :
Generous 34" height and 8" O.C. stall width has been improved in Version 9 with its 9" O.C. stalls. These accommodate the front wheel back to the Down Tube of new mountain bikes with their wider axles. Greater frame support is achieved, with ease of locking the wheel and frame to the rack, using "U-shaped" bike locks. And, an exclusive new feature is the thick, black, abrasion-resistant and durable plastic coating on the header! This protects both rack and bike finished when bikes are set down over the top headers as illustrated.

USES

Bike-Rail bike racks are specified for school parking and other institutional parking areas. Their handsome appearance also encourages their placement near the entrance to libraries, post offices, stores and other short term parking sites.

CAPACITIES / DIMENSIONS

In addition to the more popular sizes listed below, intermediate sizes may be custom ordered. And, for longer sizes, our exclusive Bike-Rail Coupler Unit permits butt joining of two or more rails at the site while also providing for intermediate bracing and structural connection to the pavement.
