• Factory enamel finish is 3
coats of corrosion-resistant semi-gloss black enamel; |

racks is 2" nominal schedule 40 ASTM A53 welded seamless steel; |
• Baked vinyl (black)coating is
applied to upper third of factory enamelled Bike-Root®,
Bike-Post® and Bike-Skyhook®
stanchions for superior abrasion resistance and eye appeal; |
| • Pipe for Bike-Rail®
racks is 2" nominal schedule 10 steel for headers and 1" nominal schedule 40
steel for posts; |
• Moisture cured, rust inhibitive
polyure-thane galvanized-appearing finish is applied to all racks, intended for exterior
installations unless hot-dipped galvanizing is specified; |
| • Yokes are 1/2" dia. steel
rod; |
• Hot-dipped galvanized finishes
are available for severely abusive exterior site conditions; |
| • Posts for Bike-Standard®
racks are alternating 1/2" dia. and 5/8" square steel rod; |
• Colored epoxy enamel top coat
finishes are available on polyurethane and hot-dipped galvanized substrates. |
