CurtainCall

CurtainCall is a collection of occasional tables by designer Marcy King of Grand Rapids, Michigan. In describing the collection, Marcy says, "The geometry is a key element of this design as are the tapering legs , geometric shapes and changing planes on the aprons. I used as many variables as possible to make the collection exciting, yet simple. The combination of these elements," notes Marcy, "creates the drama of the table collection."

CurtainCall tables feature solid maple frames and may be specified with a varied and distinctive selection of inset materials.

Inset Options

Curly Maple
Although Curly Maple is sourced primarily in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, its design appeal is universal. Curly Maple's unique characteristics are sometimes analogous to back and forth patches of folded grain, or are reminiscent of an illusion of waves in the sand.

Reverse Diamond
Reverse Diamond inlay top is sectioned into quadrants with the grain pattern emanating from the center to the table's edge. Finish color will vary due to differing grain direction.

Forbo
A unique award-winning matte surface material made of readily renewable raw materials offered in sixteen colorways that complement Blackpointe's ten standard finishes.

Frosted & Etched Glass
The optimum fusion of art, technology and craftsmanship, Blackpointe's seven designs of frosted and etched glass provide an important medium for the designer who wants to define the style and ambiance of a project with more creative solutions.

Metals Collection
Metal has become the new "neutral" and Blackpointe's array of abraded stainless and muntz metals create a warm transitional feel when teamed with the texture and look of wood.

Environ
Composed of recycled wood products, Environ is a new environmentally friendly and durable surface material with a low-sheen, speckled grain pattern that suggests a natural granite appearance.
