TOILET ACCESSORY COMBINATIONS are mounted into toilet partitions to serve two compartments and can be used with grab bars by people with disabilities. Cutouts in partitions for accessories can be pre-cut at factory if location and size of cutouts are specified and order for both partitions and accessories are received together. THREADED INSERTS secure hinges on Trimline, Designer and FRP Series  T-NUTS secure door latch on TrimLine, Designer and FRP Series  CONCEALED THREADED INSERTS for Commercial hardware and .7 option Institutional door hardware on DuraLine Series.  THREADED INSERTS. Mounting holes for door hinges and latch are factory drilled and furnished with threaded inserts. Metal-to-metal contact at hinge and latch attachments provide maximum holding power; installation time and costs are reduced. Threaded inserts and mounting screws used in 1" (25mm) thick particle board core of TrimLine, Designer and FRP Series partitions have been tested and were found to withstand a direct pull of over 675 pounds for hinge attachments, 950 pounds for latch attachments. inserts used in 3/4" (19mm) thick solid phenolic DuraLine Series were tested and found to withstand a direct pull of 1000 pounds. TrimLine, Designer and FRP Series feature steel core strength and durability 11-gauge (3mm) steel core reinforcing plate is welded to the steel leveling bar, forming a single structural unit. Panel-to-stile mounting bracket screws are secured into the steel core which carries the load and impact on panels, stiles and doors into the building structure. 3-ply, 45 lb. density, resin-impregnated particleboard core is impact- and war-resistant; stabilizes stiles, doors and panels. Laminated plastic edges applied first, then broad surfaces to seal in the edges (Designer and FRP Series); resists vandals' attempts to pry edges off. Stiles, doors and panels are 1" (245mm) thick. Two 3/8" (10mm) diameter threaded rods secure stile to floor or ceiling. 3/8" (10mm) thick steel leveling bar. One-piece, satin-finish stainless steel shoe conceals leveling device. Patented.

DuraLine Series is engineered of solid phenolic for impact-, fire- and water-resistance Stiles and doors: ¾" (19mm) thick solid phenolic; panels ½" (13mm) thick. Solid phenolic core with multiple resin-impregnated kraft, color and clear Melamine surface sheets fused at high temperature and pressure. Edges are polished black phenolic. Warranted for 10 years against delamination, corrosion or breakage when properly installed, used and serviced. Fire-resistance characteristics per ASTM E-84 Tests: 1180 Series flame spread 20/smoke density 95; 1080 Series flame spread 69/smoke density 93. Two 3/8" (10mm) diameter threaded rods secure stile to floor or ceiling. One-piece, satin-finish stainless steel shoe conceals leveling device. Patented. 3/16" (5mm) thick, corrosion-resistant, chromate-treated, double zinc-plated steel angle leveling bar is secured to base of solid phenolic stile.

 

Installation Configurations for Any Application
CEILING HUNG

FLOOR ANCHORED

OVERHEAD BRACED
Recommended for installations where there are lightweight concrete floors, structural concrete floors less than 3" thick or plywood floors. Overhead bracing provides additional rigidity. FLOOR-TO-CEILING ANCHORED
Recommended for installations where abusive treatment is expected and maximum support and vandal-resistance is critical. Furnished with sleeve anchors that require minimum 2" (51mm) penetration into 3" (76mm) thick structural concrete floor and threaded rods for attachment to structural ceiling support furnished by others. BARRIER-FREE
Recommended for Barrier-Free access code compliance. Layouts available from Bobrick for TrimLine, Classic, Designer, FRP, and DuraLine Series Ceiling Hung, Floor anchored, Overhead Braced, and Floor-to-Ceiling Anchored installation with either front or side entry. COMBAT SERIES
Provides outstanding design with unmatched durability. Extruded aluminum framing is inherently strong; unique black nylon floor supports provide anchoring for panels and doors and serve as door pivot hinges. Textured FRP panel and door surfaces are graffiti-, scratch- and dent- resistant. Combat Series partitions are ideal for educational, recreational and transportation facilities and for renovation projects where previously installed metal partitions have failed to withstand heavy use and vandalism.

TYPICAL INSTALLATION DETAILS CEILING HUNG  Requires structural support in ceiling furnished by others. Note: structural member in ceiling must run in same direction as stile to provide rigidity and support. OVERHEAD BRACED  Headrail provides additional support, securing top of stiles to wall.  Satin-finish aluminum headrail has raised front edge, anti-grip feature to discourage swinging and chinning. Headrail is enclosed at top and all ends are capped to prevent hiding contraband; stiles anchor to floor as shown in drawing.
