SOLID CORE MODULAR (SCM) RF SHIELDED ENCLOSURES
  • Interlocking Modular Walls
  • 3/4" Hardwood Core with 28 Gauge Galvanized Steel
  • Easy On-site Modification

Our Solid Core Modular (SCM) system shielded panels use the latest technology to meet or exceed your specifications in controlling RF interference. Walls are constructed with 3/4" hardwood core material which is "sandwiched" between two sheets of 28 gauge galvanized steel and custom manufactured in modular sections according to the individual installation specifications. For unique applications, heavier gauge steel, copper sheets, silicon steels, or other special application materials can be used.

our modular double-shielded panels interlock on-site using a system of pre-engineered zinc-plated metal compressive clamps and machine cast bronze trihedral comers. Enclosures can be designed to be selfsupporting or supported by the parent structure. Even in the event of a last minute change in room design, Braden'S modular panel enclosures are easily modified on-site to eliminate construction delays and mounting costs.

MAGNETIC/RF INTEGRATED SHIELDS
  • Image Integrity
  • Field Containment
  • Lower Cost

When an installation requires a combination of both RF and magnetic shielding, Braden's integrated magnetic containment shields maintain image homogeneity and provide fringe field containment within a RF interference-free environment Braden Shielding Systems is a licensee of United States Patent No. 4,651,099 which covers the fun design spectrum of integrated shielding. This unique and patented shielding system saves valuable floor space, installation and fabrication time, and above A money. By incorporating the RF shield into the magnetic shield, the need for a stand alone U shield is eliminated.
