Complete Residential Water Heater Line

TTW® SERIES WATER HEATERS

STANDARD FEATURES OF THE TTW1 & TTW2

Vitraglas Lining - This exclusive glass formulation is applied under pressure to completely cover the tank interior for years of extra service. Protects against rust and corrosion. Will not crack or peel.

Protective Magnesium Rod - Inhibits corrosion of tank interior for long trouble-free service.

Hydrojet Total Performance System - Helps prevent sediment build up in tank. Increases first hour delivery of hot water while minimizing temperature build up at top of tank.

Factory Installed Dielectric Waterway Fittings - All heaters equipped with special water heater nipples for longer life. No special dielectric fittings to buy.

Non-CFC Foam Insulation - Covers the sides and top of tank to save fuel by retarding heat loss. Also, increases jacket rigidity. TTW1 models have 1" Non-CFC Foam - TTW2 models have 2" Non-CFC Foam. (Except on 65 gallon model Non-CFC Foam is 1")

T&P Relief Valve Opening - All sizes have special tapping on side of tank for ease of installing relief valves.

Flue Baffle - Designed to maximize the amount of heat absorbed in the lower portion of tank. Reduces air movement in the water heater during standby periods to retard heat loss up the flue.

Heavy Gauge Steel - Automatically formed, rolled and welded to assure a continuous seam for glass lining.

Six or Ten Year Limited Warranty on Heavy Steel Tank.

Two Year limited Warranty on Parts.

Design Certified by AGA.

Solid brass drain valve.

(Meet or exceed ASHRAE 90.1b 1992 Standards). Meets C.E.C. Requirements.

FEATURES OF THE TTW1

Power Vented For Positive Exhaust - The TTW1 uses a specially designed assembly that blows exhaust gases directly out of the building eliminating the need for conventional chimneys or expensive flue systems.

Intermittent Pilot Ignition System - Pilot does not burn while the water heater is in the standby mode.

Horizontal Venting - 2" PVC Vent - Can be vented with 2" PVC for lengths up to 20 feet with (3) 90° elbows. 3" PVC Vent - can be vented with 3" PVC for lengths up to 85 feet with (3) 90° elbows. Each 90° elbow is equivalent to 5 feet of pipe length.

Vertical Venting Through Roof - Can be vented through the roof at a vertical height of 20 feet with (3) 90° elbows when using 2" PVC and 40 feet with (3) 90° elbows when using 3" PVC.

Fully Automatic Controls - Automatic temperature selection. Built-in energy cut-off switch prevents abnormally high water temperature for extra safety. Combination gas valve has built-in gas pressure regulation.

*Based on manufacturers rated recovery rates.
